Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans sometimes change and we try and accommodate those changes. You can cancel or change your order anytime 48 hours prior to your delivery date and receive a full refund.

Unfortunately, MountainTot cannot refund payment if cancelled with less than 48 hours notice prior to your scheduled delivery date.

Delivery will be attempted 2 times and if no delivery can be made, then you will be charged the full cost of the order plus delivery fee.

Refund Policy

Full refunds will be applied for cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery. If for any reason, you are unhappy with the equipment you may ask that an item be exchanged or you will be refunded for the cost of the item minus the delivery fee and days used. Refunds may take up to 30 days to appear on your credit card.

Delivery Policy

We strive to accommodate your travel needs and therefore offer delivery and pickup 7 days a week.  Our peak season is Winter (November 15 – April 15) and Summer (June 15 – September 5). During this period we have multiple deliveries and pickups per day. If you’re planning a trip during this period, please reserve as soon as possible so we can schedule your day and time.

If you can provide the details of the property management staff at the time of your reservations, we may be able to drop your equipment in your property prior to arrival. If this is not possible, we will arrange to meet you at a pre-coordinated time. Pick up will be arranged in the same manner. Please don’t leave items outside for pickup.

For all orders, a one-time delivery/pickup fee of $35 is added including set up if required.

Deliveries & Pickups:

Monday – Friday: 9 AM MST – 5 PM MST
Saturday – Sunday: 9 AM MST – 5 PM MST

Redelivery/Pickup Policy

In most cases we are able to deliver and pickup your items without you having to be present. In cases where you would like or need to be present, we ask that you be at the location when the delivery or pickup is scheduled. We will wait at the location for 15 minutes and if we are unable to reach you, you will be charged a $17.50 redelivery fee.

Inclement Weather and Road Closure Policy

In the event of inclement weather (snow, ice, wind, rain) or road closures due to natural or manmade events, MountainTot may need to cancel or reschedule deliveries and/or pickups. MountainTot reserves the right to make decisions with regards to deliveries and pickups based on the road and weather conditions. Customers will be refunded the rental days not in possession of the equipment if the delivery or pickup needs to be rescheduled for another day. Deliveries or pickups rescheduled within the same day will be subject to the original order.

Late Returns

We understand that difficulties arise.  Please call if you are unable to return the items at the agreed upon time.  Items not returned at the agreed upon time will be subject to a $50 late fee plus any additional rental fees.

Returns (Condition)

It is our expectation that the products will have normal wear and tear for the amount of time renting the product. However, excessive wear and/or tear will subject the renter up to the replacement value of purchased value of the product. In cases where the product is damaged beyond repair the full replacement value of the product will be for the account of the renter and will be debited to the credit card on file.  A $25 charge will be assessed for each item returned excessively dirty and will be debited to the credit card on file.

Currency

All currency shown on this site and all transactions are in U.S. Dollars.

Charging

The full amount of the transaction will be charged to your card immediately upon reservation. Refunds may take up to 30 days to appear on your credit card.

Item Selection

Items delivered my or may not exactly resemble the items in the pictures. MountainTot Gear carries only top quality products for rent from highly respected manufacturers, including Fischer Price, Kelty, Graco and more. Unless the manufacturer and/or model is specified, you will receive an item of like, kind and quality of the item pictured (colors and patterns may vary). 

Cleanliness

All items are cleaned and sanitized after each use to reduce the chances of cross-contamination.

Changes

These Terms are subject to change by MountainTot Gear without notice. All amended Terms shall automatically be effective immediately after they are posted on the Web Site. It is Your responsibility to return to these Terms from time to time to review the most current version. MountainTot Gear does not and will not assume any obligation to notify You of changes to the Terms. This Agreement may not be otherwise amended except in a writing signed by You and MountainTot Gear.
