Cancellation Policy
We understand that mountain travel can be unpredictable! However, because our high-demand items are often booked weeks in advance, last-minute changes significantly impact our ability to serve other families.
Changes & Cancellations: You may modify or cancel your order up to one week prior to your delivery date for a full refund.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations (or modifications) made within 4 to 7 days of delivery will receive a 50% refund on the entire order (or per item removed).
The 72-Hour Window: Due to the preparation and scheduling involved, orders cancelled or downsized within 72 hours of the delivery date are non-refundable.
Same-Day/Early Returns: No refunds are provided for same-day cancellations, unused equipment, or early departures.
You will receive an email prior to your arrival to remind you of your gear reservation.
**ALL CANCELLATIONS must be made via email. Voicemails are not a valid method to notify us of your cancellation**.

Delivery Fees
We charge delivery fees per order. They will be charged in your cart upon entering the town in which you are staying and we are delivering to.
Delivery will be attempted 2 times (before 4PM on your delivery date) and if no delivery can be made, then you will be charged the full cost of the order plus delivery fee. We will charge a $50 re-delivery fee if we need to deliver the items again.

Any issues with a delivered order
We do our very best to deliver your order on time and in full. If you have any issues with your order you must contact us via email within the first 24 hours to notify us about any initial issues. Waiting until the last day, or after your departure, does not help us make any needed corrections. Refunds will not be granted for any part of any order that has not been brought to our attention immediately.

Excessive Cleaning Fee / Damage
Rental items that are left in a manner that requires more than a disinfectant wipe down will be charged an **EXCESSIVEÂ CLEANINGÂ FEEÂ of $35 per item**.
You agree to notify Mountain Tot of any damages that occur to our equipment during your rental period.
Depending on the situation, Mountain Tot reserves the right to charge you for repair and/or replacement of the damaged item(s).
