How far in advance should I reserve my rental?
We typically set our delivery schedule 3 days before drop off, especially for the weekend. Booking with us for rental gear in advance is crucial, especially in the busy seasons (Ski and Summer) – we recommend booking once you know your travel plans and after lodging has been booked.
 
We understand sometimes last minute trips and changes happen and try to be as flexible as possible, so contact us any time and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Can I make a reservation for a same day delivery?

Yes, BUT, Mountain Tot’s website will not allow you to make a same day or next day reservation. This is to ensure that we are available to fulfill all orders. You may call us or text us at (970) 368-4447 to inquire about same day, or next day availability.

How much do you charge for delivery?

Delivery fees include both the drop off and the pick up of our rental gear.

For regular deliveries –

In Summit County (Breckenridge, Frisco, Copper, Keystone, Silverthorne, Dillon) we charge $40

In Eagle County (Vail, Avon, Beaver Creek, Edwards) we charge $55

Special deliveries are in the event that you must schedule your delivery for a specific time.
For this we charge an additional $15 on either end, or both. Not all special delivery accommodations can be met. This is done on a “case by case” basis. 

How will my things be delivered and picked up?

For most orders we have access to your rental accommodations so that we may access the property prior to your arrival. This is why we ask for property management information. If we can not contact a property manager, we ask that you provide the access codes and information in order to accomplish the delivery and pick up process. 

We place everything inside the home before your arrival and pick it all up after you depart.

On some occasions we must leave your rental gear on your front porch (or somewhere safe and dry on the property). This is less than ideal as the weather is very unpredictable here in the mountains. 

We strive to make all of our deliveries prior to 4pm (standard check in time here in the mountains).

We ask that your gear is ready for us on the day of your departure by 10am (standard checkout time), unless you have scheduled a late checkout. 

You should receive a text message from us on your last day of vacation. We like to check in to make sure that your departure plans have not changed.

When is payment due?

Payment is required at time of booking.

What is your cancellation policy?

If cancellation is made prior to 3 days before your reservation a full refund will be given.

If less than 3 days notice has been given then you will only receive a 50% refund on your total bill (less taxes).

No refunds are granted for cancelling the day of an order.

No refunds are given on any item once they have been delivered. 

You will receive an email prior to your arrival to remind you of your gear reservation.

All cancelations must be down via email. Please do not call or leave a voicemail if you need to cancel your order. 

What if my departure plans change after you have delivered?
Up here in the mountains we understand that travel plans can change, and quickly. If you have a travel change due to flight cancellation or you’re just having far too much fun exploring, please e-mail us immediately. We always try and accommodate all extensions on rental equipment. 
How is your gear kept clean?

We use standard household cleaners, no harsh industrial chemicals, to clean all of our hard surface gear.

Bedding and other soft material goods laundered with fragrance free and Residue-Free laundry detergent.
